Soar upwards to the heavens,

On whispering gossamer wings,

Upwards ever upwards,

Onto eternally wonderous things.

No crying at the temple,

For all the time that passed,

Only smiling at the sunrise,

For this love that's sure to last.

So pick out your star my darling,

From those far off distant suns,

Wishing with all your essence,

And welcome this time begun.

Dancing the subtle moonbeams,

Or just sleeping in the rain,

Dream of love eternally,

Awaken to relive it all again.

The whirling soul within you,

Or your quietly beating heart,

And treasured romantic notions,

Well they are just the start.

Oh close your eyes so softly,

Feel my lips' sweet embrace,

For all that we can feel my love,

Is such poetry and grace.

Ever onwards my darling,

Ever upwards to where we soar.

Forever is never coming,

And each day I love you more.
